Gli Yes annunciano l’uscita il 28 Novembre 2025 di Fly From Here (Return Trip) – English Version

Le icone del rock progressive Yes pubblicheranno Fly From Here (Return Trip) per il 28 novembre 2025, disponibile in versione single CD, 2LP set con copertina tip-on deluxe e con un’esclusiva Super Deluxe Edition Blu-ray. Questa conterrà una nuovissima versione Atmos mixata da Richard Whittaker per Cherry Red Records.

Questa nuova edizione rivisiterà la svolta alternativa della band nel 2018 con l’opera Fly From Here, uscita nel 2011. Con il line-up dell’era di Drama, Return From Here include tutte le nuove basi vocali del produttore ed ex frontman degli Yes Trevor Horn. Inoltre parti strumentali e un più organico mix che accende i riflettori sul distintivo basso di Chris Squire e sul suo contributo vocale. Ma c’è anche la fresca aggiunta di Steve Howe e Geoff Downes.

Entrambi i formati CD e vinyl includono un mix esclusivo strumentale di Fly From Here come bonus track.

Originariamente registrato durante il periodo di break dal tour del 2010-2011, Fly From Here è stato prodotto da Horn e originariamente pubblicato nel 2011, raggiungendo il N. 30 delle classiche album chart UK e il numero 36 nella US Billboard 200. Nel 2018 gli Yes rivisitarono l’album durante il loro tour celebrativo per i loro cinquanta anni. Per l’occasione realizzarono Fly From Here – Return Trip, che restaura e re-immagina il loro lavoro originario con nuove vocals, strumentazione e l’inclusione di materiale inedito e alternativo.

Progressive rock icons YES will release Fly From Here (Return Trip) on 28 November 2025, available as a single CD, a 2LP set in a deluxe tip-on sleeve, and an exclusive Super Deluxe Edition Blu-ray featuring a brand-new Atmos mix by Richard Whittaker.
 
This new edition revisits the band’s 2018 alternative take on their 2011 opus Fly From Here. Featuring the reunited Drama-era line-up, Return Trip includes all-new vocals from producer and former YES frontman Trevor Horn, new instrumental parts, and a more organic mix that shines a spotlight on Chris Squire’s distinctive bass and vocal contributions, as well as fresh additions from Steve Howe and Geoff Downes.
 
Both the CD and vinyl formats include an exclusive instrumental mix of Fly From Here as a bonus track.

Fly From Here produced by Trevor Horn

Originally recorded during breaks in touring in 2010–2011, Fly From Here was produced by Horn and first released in 2011, reaching No. 30 on the UK Albums Chart and No. 36 on the US Billboard 200. In 2018, YES revisited the album during their 50th anniversary tour, issuing Fly From Here – Return Trip, which restored and reimagined the work with new vocals, instrumentation, and the inclusion of outtakes and alternate material.
